These SMS Terms explain how our text messaging program works, what messages you can expect, and how to opt out. They apply to carriers, owner-operators and trucking companies who choose to receive text messages from JPL Movers. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Description

If you opt in, JPL Movers sends text messages related to your inquiry and our truck dispatching services, including:

  • Responses to your inquiry and quote requests
  • Load, booking and dispatch updates
  • Scheduling and coordination messages
  • Account and service notifications
  • Customer support conversations

Messages may be sent as replies to your inquiry and as two-way conversations. We do not send promotional messages from third parties.

3. How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number on a JPL Movers website form and checking the optional SMS consent box next to the disclosure. By checking the box, you agree to receive text messages from JPL Movers at that number. The SMS consent box is optional. You may submit our forms without checking it, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and your activity with us.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to Opt Out

8. Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is intended to work on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers and JPL Movers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy and No Sharing of Mobile Information

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use and protect your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages and operate our business, and they may use it only to provide those services to us.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued participation in our SMS program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
